effective climate control convenient usb ports amazing soundproofing
The room was clean, with an effective climate control system, and i was pleased to find usb ports conveniently located near the bed. the soundproofing was amazing. I didn't hear any external noise, a definite plus. the provided blackout curtains were very effective!
the television remote had a slightly unresponsive button.

high floor superb view friendly staff
I stayed on a high floor! the view overlooking brindley place was superb. the bed was very comfy. The room was very clean and quiet. the staff was friendly.

the reception staff were attentive, especially maya and rita. they really looked after us. the beds are very comfortable and the room is big enough.

comfortable bed friendly staff
i found the location convenient for the arena. the staff were friendly. i was able to check in slightly early. the bed was very comfortable.
the bathroom was quite tiny. we loved the sausages, but the jam selection was not amazing.
